DETERMINING PRICE
There are several things to know when determining the price of your Custom Embroidered Patches. Please use the drawings on this page and the text below as a guide to help you determine the amount of embroidery and proper measuring technique of your custom embroidered patch design.

- Order Minimum: 10 pieces per design
- Metallic Threads: Add 20% per patch
- Neon Threads: Add 20% per patch
- Colors: 7 colors included
- Additional Colors: $0.10 per color, per patch
- Iron-On Backing: Add $0.10 per patch
- Velcro Backing: Add 20% per patch

EMBROIDERY GUIDE
Please refer to the chart below to determine the percentage of embroidery for your custom embroidered patch design. If you are still uncertain about the embroidery percentage, feel free to contact one of our highly experienced customer service representatives, who will be happy to guide you through the process.
View the breakdown below to estimate your design’s embroidery percentage. Black and gray areas represent stitching; white areas represent twill.
MEASURING SIZE
You can calculate the size of your Custom Embroidered Patch by adding the length + width and then dividing it by 2. For example:
The length of your patch = 2"
The width of your patch = 3"
2 + 3 = 5, divided by 2 = 2.5
2.5" will be the size of your patch
